Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She's now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most famous films are Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16, she had already landed several television roles, for instance, the lead in the film Downfall Youth without Youth Control. Her fame was due to her role on Der Tunnel. This paved the way to other memorable parts, such as Adolf Hitler's secretariat Traudl Junge. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were both nominated for Oscars. In the past, Alexandra has been involved in a variety of notable international and national projects. Among others, these projects include the British biographical films, the British Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. She was also on the jury of the Transylvania International Film Festival, and also at Cannes Film Festival.
